How does the free plan work?
Sign up for free — no credit card needed. You get 10 calls per month and can store up to 20 phrases. If you hit a limit, we'll show you a clear upgrade prompt.
Do call minutes count against my limit?
No — limits are per call session, not by minute. A 30-second check-in counts the same as a 2-hour phone interview. Only the number of calls initiated matters.
When does my monthly call count reset?
At the start of each calendar month. If you made 10 calls in January, your counter resets to 0 on February 1.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. You'll stay on Pro until the end of your billing period.
How does Vocalis compare to SpeechEasy?
SpeechEasy is a hardware device costing $2,500–$4,500 that alters audio feedback in your ear. Vocalis is software that injects phrases directly into phone calls — $12/mo vs. thousands of dollars, no device required.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe — the same infrastructure used by Amazon and Shopify. We never see your card number.
